Printer questions-legal sized vs. regular

I just purchase the HP 1320tn. When someone sends edocs....is there a way to program the printer to automatically determine which docs are legal sized and which ones aren't? If so, any input would be greatly appreciated. I've just been printing everything legal sized then reprinting which ones do not need to be.
