Signatures Plus

I did a signing back in May, first week and to date they have not paid. The receptionist said the infamous words, " The Accounting dept. is not in until Wednesday and someone will call you back, we are quite busy". I have been waiting for some time and have suspicions that they do not have the intentions to pay. Anyone have any experience with them, good or bad?
