Will Notaries accept signatures with Customized Safety Ink?

I am an inventor and web-marketer, and I launched the OwnInk, a personal, customized ink with chemical tracers. The purpose is to enable color and chemical validation for writings, stampings and signatures. Light blue is bad for xeroxing, but I do not see anything wrong about signing in other colors. Besides tradition, are there other reasons for signatures to be black? Should the law be changed? Ideas, objections and proposals are welcome.
