I've worked w/ DocuservUSA before and have had the same situation. I was 2 weeks past due of a payment and I called, and they didn't have my invoice; apparently they receive an extremely high volume of faxes and mine didn't go through at that moment, understandable i guess... but i sent it at that moment and got paid w/in 3 days.
