This is happening too much. Has anyone else experienced this. I had another Title company tell the borrower to not make any more mortgage payments because they are approved. 2 months later they call me & send me the Docs. Meanwhile borrowers are 2 months behind on their payments. I get the loan docs (Refi, Edocs) and go to the appointment. Borrowers decide they don't like the Loan officer and the Title company because they keep lying to them. They signed even though they didn't want to because they need the money to catch up on their payments. They're in a catch-22 situation. This is happening too often. One time a borrower signed even though the figures on the HUD was not as quoted by the LO because he was in a catch-22. Any other notary experiencing this?
