Thalia, that's a cop-out. I wish I could turn a blind eye to what is going on. And I did at one time because I didn't know exactly what was going on. But now I do. Whether we want to be or not, we are a party to the action because we are in collusion with them. In other words, we're working for them and with them so if they're guilty of some kind of wrong-doing then we are guilty by association. Unfortunately, we don't know until we're at the signing table and we hear the borrowers story. Personally, I don't want to work for Title companys or any company that takes advantage of a borrower or uses deceptive practices. I don't need the money so bad that I have to compromise my morals. I have other income. I think most companys are good but I try to watch out for the ones that aren't. Good day.
