I did a closing for Leigh Ann Gilmore of Surf City Mobile Notary in May 06. She told me my check would go out for $150.00 and I have been waiting since Aug 2006. She does not answer her phone. Her mom in law is a witch. Her mom in law told me if I call there again she would press charges for harassment. Her mailbox for over 3 weeks is full. I sent her emails, faxes, letters and trying to find the witch. Can someone please let me know if Surf City Mobile NOtary Leigh Ann Gilmore is a hoax of not please.
