I have contacted the lender and the lender has contacted SignaturesPlus. They are supposed to mail out my check today, we will see. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. They already have an "F" rating with them for not paying according to agreement. The check they are sending today, is for closings last year from October through December. I have contacted them over 20 times trying to get my money. I would strongly advise anybody to turn assigments down from them. Accepting a job is only good for you if you are going to get a check from them shortly after.
