Posted by mick on 6/15/2007, 9:09 pm I really have no problem with anyone, including Vanessa from starting her own signing service and to help ones own family prosper, but not at my or my familys expense,and especially not in the gleeful, arrogant and dishonest way she went about doing it. Its time for Vanessa and I to go to court and have a judge hear hear the case in a court of law were justice is blind, and only the truth,evidence and the law matter. ALL invoices will be paid.I am working out payment arraingments with those of you who were unpaid, then after the court rules the remainder, plus interest will be paid. Thank You all for your patience and understanding, i promise this matter will be handle in very short order ANY AND ALL HELP IS WELCOME AND A BLESSING. My name is Mick, I am sole owner and operater of
all _pro signing solutions(SINCE MARCH 15TH,07)
I had a partner from 10.01.07 - 4.01.07. Her name is Vanessa Todaro.
I have been in this buisness for 7yrs and logged over 700k miles in 6 yrs (over 2500 loans)I meet Vanessa at my building, both of us have dogs and we talked quit a bit last summer.Vanessa work in a hospital changing soiled sheets and bed pans for $1500 a month at the age of 53.
I wanted to get off the road and start a 50 state signing service, knowing Vanessa hated her job and I would need help to expand, i graciously offered her a partnership with me, having had no experience or even a notary. A partner not an employee(who can be fired at any time)After 3 months of growing the buisness to a place I felt positive about, I put her in charge of the money.I had the title co's send the money directly to her, were she deposited into her account and paid invoices.In December her 8 month pregnent daughter moved into Vanessa 2 bedroom apartment,we ran the office out of her 2nd bedroom up to that point in time.
I made it very clear that her and her daughter needed their space and time to handle their immediete family crisis. I made arraingments to communicate strictly through email and phone, even though she is on the 3rd floor and i on the 4th, I thought it proper to give her space, time and privacy to handle her family crisis in total privacy.
while using email and not checking on Vanessa in the office from January till March. Vanessa planned and plotted with great success, in setting up her and her daughters new buisness Todaro Notary, i was never aware of the plots and treachery being hatched behind my back.The whole time i trusted and showed respect to Vanessa, I know she was having some very difficult circumstances that she was tending too. The whole time she was scheming on getting me out and her daughter in, before i even knew what hit me. After providing Vanessa with an actual finacial future,freedom, pride of work, and YEARS OF EXPERIENCE GAINED THROUGH MY BLOOD,SWEAT AND TEARS
Unfortunatly Vanessa had no intention of ever honoring our contractral agreements, made specific plans and waited for the perfect moment to strike, once the co was bringing in 10k a month, she pulled the trigger, and immedietly started operating under the name
Todaro Notary Services. Sharing the buisness and spoils with her daughter, who still lives with her mother and her new daughter.
NOW COMES THE PROBLEM.
Having known she was starting Todaro Notarys for several months, she had no long term concern for all _pro signing solutions name or reputation. much less for me or my family and our future. I was immedietly shocked and stunned over her dishonesty and trechery. The day I got the news there was such a twinkle and smug little smirk on Vanessa face, how pleased she was with herself and how she glowed with such pride and arrogance over her own percieved brilliance, her plan was working exactly as planned, leaving me with little or no immediete options.She had all the money, close to 10k in the bank, when she threw away like yesterdays trash.
I have since recieved over $2500 worth of unpaid invoice, from 1.1.07 to 3.15.07. It has been made very clear she has no intentions or concerns about paying for any of the outstanding invoices invoices, she was paid for and never in turn paid the notaries,hired by all _pro signing solutions.
After all she new she wasn't going to be all _pro for much longer, she calculated that unpaid invoices that I would be unable to pay would help to destroy me and all _pro signing solutions reputation and quite possibly put me out of buisness, = getting rid of direct competiton with one major sweeping move.
ANYONE with outstanding invoices from
all _pro signing solutions during the time frame of (10.01.07 to 3.15.07) please contact me immedietly. A large law firm is preparing a class action law suite wich will first address all unpaid invoices + interest, and much,much more.
I took my licks like a 34yr old ex-marine, and moved on. I only asked her to do the right thing and pay all outstanding invoices, she had been paid for, but belonged to notarys that had been hired and completed jobs for and under
all _pro signing solutions name.
Vanessa with her sense of entitlement, extreme narsacism, and sensing the kill outright refused, to live up to any of her responsibilitys, and obligations. believing, that I have no remedy or recourse of action.
I am no longer going to stand by and continue to be victimized by ones dishonest, trecherous ways. Vanessa manipulated me, because of my kindness and generosity.I almost and still may loose my 7yr career.While she and her family prosper wildly from my long years of experience.
I need to know within 20 days of this posting of any and all outstanding debts owed to any and all who did buisness with
vanessa and all _pro signing solutions, during specified time period covering(10.01.07-3.15.07) Vanessa and Todaro Notary Services will be served papers in exaclty 10 days.The law firm that will be handling this case, insists they will handle the case on a contingincy basis, I feel that is only a positive sign, that justice will be served. EVERYTHING COMES FULL CIRCLE.
PLEASE HELP ME GET YOU PAID, AND SAVE MY COMPANY WHICH WILL BE DIFFICULT, CONSIDERING THE LARGE AND DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES I HAVE TO FACE OVER THE NEXT 3 MONTHS. BUT I AM DETERMINED NOT TO DO WHAT ANYONE ELSE WOULD DO.
START A NEW CO UNDER A NEW NAME. ALL I HAVE IS MY NAME AND REPUTATION, I AND I INTEND TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND KEEP MY NAME AND MY INTEGRITY.
I hope to look into Vanessa eyes and see the twinkle and smirk change to something completly different WHEN SHE COMES TO THE REALIZATION that judges don't take kindly to swindlers and crooks,
