Hi- My name is probably on your unpaid list. I have been paid because I called the lender and the borrwer consistently. Van refused my calls. The lender put pressure on Van to pay me. I told the borrower I was going to attach the property and sue everyone concerned for triple damages and legal fees under Mass Gen Laws for unfair business practices. (MGL 93A)
