Name on license different than on Deed of trust

Hi, Can we notarize a loan signing document if the name is different on license and the document. E.g. Consider deed of trust. The first name on license says "Johnny" and on deed of trust it says "John". The acknowledge is usually pre-printed with name "John" from the title company. Thanks.
