You know I think that the more we understand the loan process it is harder for us to remain neutral, but we have to remember that is our job to be neutral. We also have to understand that BO most of the time have knowledge of what is going on but are out of choices and so this is what they have to do to save their home. I conduct mostly reverse mortgages and I see the benefit to seniors. But I have to be very careful about sharing my opinions at the signing. Anyway just want to add my thoughts.
