GET CERTIFIED, take a signing course, it will help. They show you some of the docs that you will see but not all. I took the course and practiced using my stamp. It would also be great if you can mentor with another signing agent and maybe go on some of the signings to get a feel of what is going on. I did that and it was the best thing I did for my career.
