I am a Notary since 1990, and I have done several thousands of signings for various companies inclusing SOX. Here is a suggestion, instead of complaing about not getting paid, we must REFUSE to accept any signings from SOX. If every Notary refuses to work for SOX they will have no option but to rectify their fraudualant prectices.
The problem is with ourselves, who accept the signings and then complain about not getting paid, fully being aware that we will not be paid.
