She is no longer a notary so the California Notary Commission can't do anything to her. She is nothing more than a common THIEF!!! According to the BBB she has a number of complaints against her. There should be some kind of law to revolk the business license from companies like the one she operates. Chances are that you'll NEVER be able to speak to her again UNLESS SHE calls YOU. TAKE THIS WARNING TO HEART ... SHE DOES NOT PAY - SHE IS A CROOK
