Notary Exchange in La Mirada CA - Beware! They Don't Pay!

I did a closing for Notary Exchange in October 2007 and to date have not received payment.

Several others on the NNA website also rated this company as a slow/no payer.

Mario Ramirez is the contact. No sure if he's the owner.
