I did a signing for closingquest on 7/25/08and have notreceived payment yet. been faxing the invoice and calling Todd and Malia armand, constantly, no response. been sending faxs multiple times in a day and also calling the loan companies and letting all title companies I have contact with of their pay or should I say non pay practices. also recommending this site for their reading pleasure to see what complaints are being filed. Todd actually replied once saying we are the blame for his pooooor paying record , he bragged that he has been in business for 5 years, and we should be grateful for his existence, excuse me he would not be in business, if it weren,t for us. I for one will use every avenue available to me to put him out of business, the fight hasn't even begun yet.he is no better than SOX out of california. I am checking on what the IRS fraud division may want to know as I believe if they are claiming to send checks out, and are not , the IRS would like to hear about it. Are they paying taxes on the money of ours they are keeping?
