I'm just curious if anyone else is experiencing problems with getting e mail docs on time. In the past few weeks, I've had one nightmare after another with either lender or title companies waitiing until the last second to get e docs sent. There is no time for printing and getting to appointmnet on time. Most SS's don't want to get involved, they just book you and forget about follow up.I don't want to jeopardize set appointments where either I or borrower have docs in hand and have no choice but to back out of these last minute jobs where they can't perform on time.
