You are getting paid to get the job done! If you dont receive docs on time, call the borrowers and let them know what the situation is. Dont lose the job because of late docs! Tell them you will call them once you receive the documents to schedule a definite appointment time. That will give you and the borrowers freedom to go along with your days without sitting around waiting. If they (or you) are unavailable later, let the lender know.
