I have had no problem with them. It sounds to me that this notary was just upset because they lost the deal. Has anyone heard that we are in bad economic times?!?! Of course companies will be looking for the least expensive agent. They "shop around" just like all of us shop around for good deals on products and services. Depending on where you live, $75.00-$100.00 is the standard fee for a closing with edocs based on what most companies are paying. I've been in this business for 11yrs and currently work with about 35 different companies.
