National Real Estate-- need info.

Have agreed to do a closing for them next week-- my first with this company. Anyone who's worked for them: any problems? I've tried calling them to get info. about their payment process, etc. but have not received a return phonecall-- not a good sign. Am wondering if I should bow out gracefully and let them get someone else.
