HP1320 Printer

I'm a new signing agent and am planning on buying the HP1320. Is it necessary to have two trays? There is a $100.00 dollar rebate on the printer until Jun. Also, I don't have a phone line in my house, I will be faxing using the computer, any suggestions on how to do this? Tom
