Toner refills can be found at http://www.TonerRefillKits.com (which also has the tool for making the hole) and quantity purchases of the toner can be purchased at http://www.TonerKits.com. The reason the toner cartridges are a bit more expensive in HP printers is because the toner is made to much higher specs and the cart includes a fresh transfer matte (drum).
