Why is it that so many signing companies are poping up every where and why would a title company or loan officer use companies that have no reputation or bad reputation of not paying their notaries. I have had so many signing company that have not paid. I have reported the to the Better business bureau. I have never heard of anyone complain of not getting payment from a title or escrow company. We need to find a way to stop signing companies from scamming us out of our money. I think we need to start brain storming on what can be done about this growning problem.
