Hello to everyone,
Here we go there are some questions that needs answered. I was called yesterday morning 10am to do a signing at 1pm stating that the doc would be email to me 2hour prior to the closing. I called and confrim with the borrower who was waitng at a truck stop on I95. my fee was 85.00 and e doc were 25.00. the didin't arrived unit 23:32pm and it takes me 40min to get to the location. docs needed to be printed and I needed to get to that location before this trucker left on his nomal truck route. I called the borrower back about 12pm to let him know that I would be running late (no fault of mind)and i reschudule the appointed to 3pm which I though that would give me plenty of time to wait on the title company ( no names)
well sure enough the doc. finally arriice and would you guess it was 130 pages needed 2 sets.I missed my oringal appointment that I made last week with another comany reschudule for 6pm instead of 3pm they were on the way. QUESTION: could I have cancelled this last mintue with the messed up edoc? should I have charged them more? how pages are stanard edoc for 25.00? Was I wrong for reschuduled my oringal appointment? During the end of the month when it become crunch time and I need to make the money is it wise to tahe last minutes assignment(rush Jobs)
Please someone answer these questions
