Signatures Plus (California)

Any other signing agents having problems getting paid by Signatures Plus? I'm still waiting for June signing pmt. They keep promising to pay, yet I never get anything. One of their staff used to be with Sign on the X which operated the same way. Any suggestions on getting some response? Small claims?? Appreciate tips!
