Hi, I live in Ocean County, but I would be willing to come on the weekends and help out. I have been looking for a horse to adopt, do you know if any are up for adoption? Either way if someone would get back to me with directions I would be glad to help out.

: Volunteers are needed to help care for 46
: neglected Arabian and American Saddle Horses
: in Newfield, just off of Rt. 40. (I live in
: Washington Twp., it's a 15 minute drive - not
: that far). When this story first appeared in
: the Courier-Post and on local TV news, the
: response was wonderful. But alas, it's not
: the story of the day anymore. Nonetheless,
: money and help and hay are still needed. The
: custodians are worn down with the chores, and
: volunteers are at an all-time low: 1, maybe
: 2 a day. They need about 8 volunteers a day
: to clean stalls, water, groom and otherwise
: care for these horses. Please call Garappo's
: Feed Store @ 856-697-4444 for information on
: donating money, hay, etc. Also call them to
: volunteer. An SPCA volunteer's pass must be
: picked up at the Feed Store prior to entering
: the farm to help. Feel free to email me if
: you have any questions. And thank you, from
: me and those beautiful boney horses.

: :I have a rescue horse myself, Arabian
: Gelding Bay
: His mother and sister and him rescued from
: out of state......Big Bales of hay can be
: cheaper at times.... They need to get away
: from those owners and find new homes....So
: many people are looking for horses they can
: love at a low price, church people, Put
: leasing signs around in churches people can
: lease them out........ hearts waiting to
: love.....
: I would like to help physically cleaing
: stalls out grooming on weekends....... Get
: back to me about it
: Sincerely Patty
