I have a beautiful sorrel registered quarterhorse mare who needs a safe and loving home. She was nicely trained by her first owner in Illinois, and is wonderful to ride--Although she is a western pleasure horse, Missy goes western and English, is great for light jumping, even has done team penning. Missy has navicular that is under control and does not seem to slow her down. In fact, Missy needs a competent rider because she is high spirited and perhaps,at times, is too much horse for me. I would sell Missy for a very reasonable price as long as she would be cared for and appreciated. She is very pretty, has nice conformation, and has a terrific slow jog and lope. As I advance, I am becoming interested in a horse for jumping and more English work. I would miss my horse, but would be happy if I knew she had a good home.
