I am looking for a horse to adopt or rescue. The one thing I ask is that the horse have good ground manners and is able to be ridden lightly. What would be the best place for me to begin my search. I have a four stall barn on ten acres. I would prefer to stay in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area.
