Try adopting a standardbred. They are such a wonderful breed. We adopted an 18 year old retired race horse last year. What a wonderful loving boy he is. Go visit the Standardbred Retirement Foundation at www.adoptahorse.org
Right now until the end of July they are running an adoption special to waive the adoption fee and application fee. We love our Standardbred! free to email me if you want more info.
