you have the right to dislike songs that Carlos has recorded, we all have songs we like and some we are not too fond of. I also agree with you that we shouldn't put musicians up on some kind of pedestal. With that said, you my friend always complain about the musical direction that Carlos has chosen for the band and himself. It's like he should consult with you before he makes any musical decisions. If he doesn't play what you want to hear is he insulting his fans? better yet is he insulting you? give me a break If he records a song with J-LO, thats his choice.....you don't have to listen to it or buy it, but there are people out there that love that song......respect them! I don't care for the song myself but hey both of my sons love it but i still respect Carlos for choosing to record with J-LO but You don't...its your style of music or nothing
Mr Makor, it seems you are a fan of particular era of Santana music and I respect that. State your opinion without the holier than though attitude
