Both shows were OK, but not spectacular.
Almost the same setlist, though Dortmund was
20 minutes shorter than Halle.
Both venues only had (numbered) seating areas which had 2 advantages: no problem getting in late and though having seats at row 12 and 10,
I ended up at row 2 and 1.....(some people didn't show up; can you imagine that?)
Highlights in Halle: Soul Sacrifice(very tight), Incident, Curacion and a nice new song Los Innocentes, dedicated to innocent war victims. That part of Singing winds was played as an intro to BMW was great! Hot pants power was a nice uptempo song with good vocals by Tony, but won't be remembered very long. Unfortunately, but quite logical, they also played MM, FF and Smooth/Dame tu amor. I'm really getting fed up with these 3 songs.
Dortmund was shorter like I said. The only difference was musically the great version of Sacalo, well-sung by Andy. A lot of good looking girls were welcomed onto the stage on 2 occasions(of course with Hot Pants Power), but I'd wished they would have played something special instead of that.
Carlos, Raul and of course Tony were obviously digging those broads......
In Dortmund the last part of Jingo was a Michael Jackson tribute with Andy and Tony singing Thriller and a song I forgot....
The fact that I ended up close to the stage made that I took some really nice pics, one of which you can see above.
Hope today Hamburg will surprise the 3 remaining die hards(ET, Thomas and Uwe). It's open air and at the time the weather here really sucks....
