This is a fantastic song. Too bad you have to know a lot about music to understand what they are doing, I don't. Another Santana masterpiece is "In a Silent Way" from the Fillmore The Last Days show. You know when they leave the modal part and throw some timing into it. I love how the song's melody is implied, you have to listen very carefully.
