This is great. I have to check and see which shows I have. But 2 maybe 3 omissions jump to mind on first glance.
1) for 1978, I would pick a show from the European tour, for example Leiden, Netherlands, when you have Devadip Orchestra opeining, then you get that rarely played live tunes from Inner Secrets.
2) Crossroads, Dallas 2004, this is a classic set of instrumental tunes that highlights a side of the band that we do not get to see neraly enough nowadays.
3) I haven't heard the 2008 Dusseldorf show, so I can't argue with it, and I see they played a new tune that night, but I would put the Fillmore 2008 shows up there, with I love you much too much, Shapeshifter, and the band captured in overall fine form having a funky good time...
