Bacalao con pan (cod with bread or more like codfish sandwich). The most intensely jamming tune by one of Cuba's premiere ensembles. Irakere is amazingly adept at various styles from Cuban-son, guaguanco, danzon, timba, jazz, and pulsating descargas like this song (which comes pretty close to the familiar Latin Rock sound; I recall Santana covering this song in concert a while back). All in all, a truly world class band. I dig 'em. Thanks for the great video Pascal.
