I do not know whether this is allowed...it is up to Gil...about Marathon...Remastering is one of three..either you just adjust the volume so it is louder...or you use the old tapes to enhance some parts and make it sound better...or you spend actually years to listen to end enhance each separate part ,each instrument,voice,each echo,which some people have done...4 years it took to remaster the Beatles...I will not buy it- I have my LPs,and I like them.
