Marathon was one of my least favorite Santana albums, except for "Aquamarine," BUT - I remember that the scrapped "Ecuador/Equator" album and possibly some other unreleased tracks that were less commercially rockish were recorded around that time. Maybe some of that stuff will make it onto this CD in the form of bonus tracks... One can only hope.
