As we all know Carlos guest appeared at this show and played "Song Of The Wind", a little more than 5 min length. I recall Carlos commenting some years back as to why he didn't play anything from that era anymore and stated it would be like "dancing with a corpse" or something to that substance. I just listened to my copy of the show and must say how emotional I got hearing our idol returning to his roots by playing it once again after 20+ years. Less we never forget or roots and what attracted millions of fans to us in the beginning of our musical voyage to immortality like the bands composition of Caravanserai, which I feel was probably the bands best projects, a rock/jazz/blues fusion journey from beginning to end of a simply irreplacable and unduplicatable piece of musical masterpiece.
Thank you Carlos, for digging deep and reviving the corpse for one more dance. Thank you, thank you, my brother. We all love you with all our hearts.
BTW, the rest of the set list is also fabulous. What a show it must have been there "live".
Blessings.
Hermano Scott E
