Well in a spiritual orgasm (like he described this project) you tend to think only of yourself, maybe that explains a lot. Since Supernatural it has all been about Carlos Santana (like he is some kind of solo act), apparently he still hasn't come back down to earth. Indeed very disrespectful towards his longtime bandmembers.
