Thanks for the kind remarks. I was avoiding coming back to the Cafe since writing this, mostly because I was afraid I offended loyal Santana fans. Saying anything negative about Carlos really goes against my grain that was imprinted almost 40 years ago.
It's a hard thing to put these feeling into words and I appreciate your feedback. In no way would I expect anyone to agree with me. It's something very personal to all of us, especially those that have been followers for a long time.
