Has anyone else been hit with a bill $$ for excise tax for the cigs they ordered online??? I have...for thousands of dollars for cigs I ordered through ESMOKES.com. Does anyone know legal advise for consumers like me that have to pay the taxes for ordering the cigs? Why didn't the company I ordered it from pay the taxes before they sold it to me. My bill was over $5,000.00!!!!
