If smoking isn't a pleasure, why bother?

Hey Glass Box
This has nothing to do with smokers or non smokers, black or white, make or female. You were just unlucky that the person who lit the cigarette was just a horrible person. Most horrible people are like that because they are insecure and get aggressive to hide their worries. Don't take it personally there are millions of nice people in the world who will never hurt you. Unfortunately when one does it can be very upsetting

: Hey, I'm a 16 y/o who has
: a Nicotine allergy. To
: get right to the point,
: on walking home from
: school every day there
: are the odd groups of
: kids who light-up after
: school, I'm fine with
: this as long as I'm not
: effected. One day I was
: walking home with my
: friend & one of the
: people in the group
: infront of us lit up a
: cigarette, as you can
: imagine from my allergy,
: problems arose. I asked
: them to blow the smoke
: in a different
: directions or just to
: move or sumthin (over
: some mild coughing on my
: behalf). The kid in
: question turned around
: & blew smoke into my
: face, next minute I'm on
: the ground gasping for
: air & the kid
: throwing a rock at me
: & walking off. My
: friend punched the kid
: in the face & they
: got in a fight.
: I am not attacking
: smokers, I know some
: very nice people who
: smoke (my elder sister
: as an example). I was
: just wondering why
: somebody would do that
: to a person in my
: situation(not meaning to
: sound self
: centered)& who else
: to ask but other
: smokers? You guys know
: all there is to know
: about how smoking makes
: you feel, is this normal
: behaviour or was the kid
: just a Moron (would
: swear but unsure of
: rules on this board)?
