it sounds great how you do it with the multiples! I think you gonna like it! You are doing it just right. You just have to light both in your mouth which is not that easy, I know :-) and then drag hard on both in parallel. You'll see you will get crazy with the doubled amount of smoke and nicotine in your system. It jst feels great.
I can imagine that you feel better with increasing your amount. It is nice from your lovely boyfriend that he always encourages you to smoke more and more cause so, you feel better and better!
He must really love you so much!!!
I wouldn't have any doubt that you cannot afford your amount of cigarettes. You could see int the past that your boyfriend really does everything to bring you your cigarettes, so, he will always buy you the amount you want and need - believe me!!!
I did the same with Amanda in former times - if a man really loves a girl - he does everything for her, also buying all her cigarettes which she need to have!
So, don't worry, just smoke as much as you feel good with!
Concerning your parents: yes, I think you will have bad cravings but, here my idea:
Before you go to them, just try to chainsmoke as much as you can, best way is also to smoke some multiples! With that, your body is filled with lots of nicotine to get through the time when you're visiting them. Just make sure they don't smell your nice cigarette taste, so they will not know you smoke.
When you get bad cravings at a time....it sounds stupid, but: enjoy them! Because just after leaving your parents you will enjoy the first cigarette as if you were in heaven! Believe me! It is almost best feeling ever, to satisfy the cigarette cravings after a while were you could not smoke.
Just chain as much as you can after the visit, maybe again with ,multiples.....and then....you are fine and relaxed and your cravings are satisfied.
And...at the end your parents will not know that you smoke.
