If smoking isn't a pleasure, why bother?

Hi there,
I've been on a few boards like this now and they are all dead for some reason.
A bit about me, I'm 28, from Canada and smoke 1 to 2 packs per day.
My story: When I was younger, I was very anti-smoking but always curious. In university, I would smoke 5-10 cigs a month and then stop and be off and on.
About 6 months ago, I was told by someone that I wasn't inhaling properly. So being 27 at the time, and curious, I decided to try smoking 3 to 4 a day doing proper inhaling. After a week, I became quickly addicted and needing 10 a day.
At that point, I was taking smoke breaks during work and during one of the breaks, asked out a girl I liked. She was a very heavy smoker (2 packs per day). Needless to say, my smoking increased to the same amount.
Unfortunately, we broke up.
What I've noticed however is that a lot of the more attractive and nicer women are smokers and I am dating another one. She is not a truly heavy smoker, but she does sometimes want to smoke more. We both smoke between 1 to 1.5 packs per day now on most day, but yesterday was something really odd.
I was over at her place and we both smoked over 3 packs each (for fun). I thought I would feel sick, but I actually had to get up in the middle of the night for one. My girl wasn't as bad, but she said she didn't feel well either, but she grabbed two in the morning.
Anyways, just wanted to tell you that I am fully converted from an anti to a pro-smoker and loving every bit of it. Anybody else have similar experiences being anti?
