Her mom made only one requirement of her and that was that she pay for her own cigs. She told me she wasn't concerned how much Lori smoked as long as she could pay for them herself. Since she has been a 2 ppd girl since she was twelve (she told me she never has smoked less than a pack a day even at eleven) she used most of her baby sitting money and then and her waitressing money now. I have seen her do as many as three packs when she parties but that isn't too often.
