If smoking isn't a pleasure, why bother?

well this is a very simple question to answer honestly and simply -- the answer is because i knew if i smoked, it would produce pleasure. thats obvious since people get addicted to cigarettes and love their cigarettes and the fact that nicotine is a drug. so the reason i started was because i knew it would bring pleasure in my life. what i didnt know is how good of a dopamine rush buzz my first drag would produce, it was intense beyond belief, i litterally went "oh god" out loud as my whole body started to buzz with pleasure. then i thought to myself "No wonder people smoke". too bad tolerance makes it not like that everytime you smoke LoL. im not making this up this is a true story even if it sounds funny, i sware.
