DEAR SIR/MADAME
Last month I had visted a small village Sripura (situated just opp. side of sonepur).Surprisingly I saw that there is no electricty. According to them they had applied so many time for new electric connection, but everytime electric department refused. It is shame for us, that We are challanging others that India is a developed country, is it?
