Bridge construction over Mahanadi is progressing like a snail. This may be because of our poor involvement, follow ups and co-ordination with power-people sitting in Bhubaneswar. If you dont shout no one listens. Anyway, this year, bridge work was upto satisfactory level. Many people visited costruction site like a picnic party. We should at least make a work group to follow up with Ministers and Bureaucrats with bombardments of emails. Let them feel that some sensitive people are there to pull their socks up to get work done in places like SONEPUR. For that some mass movement is very much required.
