After many Calls. I spoke with Lisa at MNR Center and she said the season is open for our tournament and I have lifted the off limits. You will need a Canadian License. If you draw a non-boater and plan on going to Canadian Waters you both will have to work that out. If you have a pistol flare gun you may need to leave that home. Any thing that needs to be addressed please contact me asap. thank you.
