Southern Tier Junior Bassmasters club is hosting a boater's safety course on March 15th, 09, at the Portville Conservation Club. Class size is limited to the first 50 sign-ups and is open to anyone. If you have not yet taken this class, here is an opportunity to save $$ off your boater's insurance. Location is within about 2 hours of most Western New York locations.
